I've sent my text, but have not received a
text message of confirmation

Generally a confirmation message
is sent instantaneously, however very occasionally for example
at peak times the mobile networks maybe congested which means
that the confirmation message maybe delayed.
DO NOT resend the message as
you will be charged twice. If after a couple of hours and you
have not received the confirmation message please contact our
customer services team who will be able to identify what the
issue is. |
